Molly is a proud member of ARLA Propertymark having achieved Level 3 in Residential Lettings and Management qualification, which strengthens her commitment to setting high standards within the industry. Her down to earth approach with tenants and landlords creates a trusting rapport and inevitably strengthens relations. Molly’s continued thirst for knowledge and commitment to continuous development is imperative in a world of ever changing legislation and allows HPM to be at the forefront of advice for landlords and tenants. In her spare time, Molly enjoys reading, socialising and spending time with her family.

Monmouthshire born James wears many hats during a normal day at HPM from valuing properties to reviewing and triaging maintenance concerns. Having completed several renovations, he is diligent about managing costs and ensuring landlords maximise their investments. His knowledge and expertise in the housing market in both Herefordshire and Monmouthshire enables HPM to offer our services further afield. James’ character is mirrored across both his professional and personal life so you will always receive authenticity whether you encounter James professionally or socially. In his spare time, he’s finishing a house renovation, likes to socialise and spend time with his family.
