When the time comes to move on, we’re here to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free handover for both you and the landlord.
Step 1: Preparing for the Move
We’ll provide you with a detailed Moving Out Checklist to help you leave the property in the best possible condition. This checklist will include:
-
Guidelines for cleaning the property
-
Tips for addressing any minor wear and tear.
-
Instructions for removing personal belongings and rubbish.
This will help you meet your responsibilities as a tenant and ensure a fair and smooth transition.
Step 2: Final Inspection
Once your tenancy ends, a final property inspection will be carried out. If applicable, we’ll let you know if anything needs to be addressed before the inspection, helping to avoid unnecessary deductions from your deposit.
Step 3: Deposit Return
We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to your deposit. After the inspection, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of any deductions (if required), with supporting evidence. If there are no issues, we’ll process your deposit return promptly.
Step 4: Next Steps
If you need references for your next property or have any questions after moving out, our team is happy to assist. We value every tenant and want to make sure your experience ends on a positive note.
