We believe being transparent and having strong morals should be at the forefront of every interaction we have with everybody who comes into contact with HPM. This is demonstrated through our transparency across all of our platforms, from reviewing our landlord and tenant fees right through to posting educational content on our socials to advising landlords and tenants throughout the move-in to move-out process.

To educate

We are passionate about educating our landlords and tenants. In an industry of ever-changing legislation, it is imperative that all parties involved in the lettings process are aware of their obligations and responsibilities.

At HPM, we continuously educate through our social media platforms, seasonal newsletters, and welcome packs. We will communicate any changes to legislation that affect our tenants or landlords and give advice where necessary. We believe that educating our landlords and tenants creates an efficient tenancy journey.

Personal Approach

Given our motto is “Property Made Personal,” it would be wrong if we did not include our personal approach within our values. We recognise that all landlords' and tenants' needs are different, and we work with you to understand and deliver on these needs.

Some landlords are looking to maximise profits across their portfolio, while others are looking to move back into the property at some stage. Likewise, some tenants may be looking for a home for a year before moving on, and others may be looking for somewhere to settle down. In all cases, everybody’s desires are different, and not only do we at HPM recognise this, but we want to work together to deliver.

We Deliver

It really is as simple as that – We deliver. We will deliver the service you choose. No bells and whistles or any nasty surprises. Our goal isn’t to be the biggest agent in the area, but to be the best. This is why we only ever work with a limited number of clients, which allows us to spend the appropriate amount of time on every property we look after.

Setting Standards

"Nobody likes an estate agent." "Estate agents are so shady." "All Estate Agents care about is the commission." Not only are these things we’ve heard before, but we’ve also experienced them!

Sadly, as the industry is not regulated, agents currently do not have to be qualified to operate, and as such, many agents do not have the knowledge and skill set to provide their clients with the information to make informed decisions.

At HPM, we are committed to setting standards across the industry and raising the bar. We are very proud and passionate about the work we do, the service we provide, and the experience received from us. Sure, people will always have bad experiences with businesses, but we want to reduce the stigma around our industry. The only way we can do this is by SETTING THE STANDARD – OUR STANDARDS.
